If you have scheduled your thermal imaging scan, here are a few tips on how to get the best results:
Avoid massages, chiropractic adjustments, saunas, steam rooms and exercise for 24 hours before your scan.
For 2 hours prior to your scan – avoid exercise, hot or cold showering, tobacco use, coffee and tea consumption. Do not shave under your arms or use deodorant, skin creams or lotion in the areas to be imaged. Avoid sun exposure the day of the test. You should not have had a sunburn or used a tanning booth within a week of your test for best results.
